FAQs

        1.       How do we begin?

Please visit our registration page here and provide us information about your child.  We require that you fill out a separate registration for each enrolled child in your family.  There is a one time $25 per year registration fee to save your spot and to provide funds for programming and staff.

        2.       How flexible is your scheduling?

Our options are a la carte.  Each month feel free to mix and match mornings and/or afternoons that fit with your schedule.  Need Mondays and Tuesdays one month, but the next only Wednesdays and Fridays - No problem!  We just ask that you select your options one month in advance so that we can ensure we have adequate staff to keep our 1:10 teacher to student ratio.  You have the ability to schedule up to 5 months at a time.

        3.       Do you offer half-day and full day care?

Yes, both half and full day care are prorated for the hours of the program.  Half day care will begin at 1pm until 5:30pm .  Full day care will be 8AM-5PM (lunch not provided).  These special sessions will be available on PD district days off.  Cub Club will not run on Holidays.  We anticipate being able to offer an April Spring break session.  Please stay tuned for more information.

        4.       What grade levels does this program serve?

At this time we can only accommodate students in grades K-6

        5.       What are the costs of this program?

Outside of the registration fee, $8/AM session and $10/PM session.  If you need both AM and PM it is $17/day

        6.       What will the students be doing while at Cub Club?

For all sessions, we will be offering arts and crafts, creative play, board games, active play in the gym or outside.  The PM session will also have time for students to work on their homework.  We also hope to provide enrichment programming and field trips as the program progresses.
